Our goals for the year is to have at least 8 of our kids come to baptism with full understanding. Encourage the children to build personal relationship or strengthen their relationship with God. Francis Chan in his book, Multiply explains all about discipleship and it is a disciple job to make disciples. Last year we reach into the community with backyard vacation bible school and our bus ministry. We volunteered over 300 hours into the community. This year we going to be taking the kids out into the community to help others and plan to have twice the amount of hours in the community. Our vision reaches much further than just this year. The vision is to change the way we do church and break down the gates of hell. We live in a community struck by poverty, drug addiction, violence, and racism. This may not be uncommon in the world we live in but it doesn’t have to be accepted. God is revealing things to me a little at a time so we can take the proper steps. It all starts with relationship with God and people. We are organized under the Church of God, Pastor Lance and along with a counsel, this keeps things in order. Our team of volunteers they we currently had we are focusing on discipleship with them. Giving them opportunities to teach and guiding them through the process. We try to show that we care and appreciate all of the help. We try to show each child that we care about them and their families. Also encourage the children to show love to others this Christmas we are taking the kids to an assistant living home where they are going to preform there Christmas play and have fellowship time with the elderly. Evangelism is very important to our vision. We try to reach out to the local communities’ children to tell them about Jesus. This is not an effort to grow our churches numbers but to encourage the
