Fuhrman’s main points include that it is critical for society to be aware that the food choices we make have an enormous impact on how our bodies operate. It is critical to fuel our bodies with nutrient rich foods, which include high in fiber and low in calories. The reason for this is when someone consumes foods that are higher in fibrous bulk this triggers stretch receptors in our brain and results in lowering our appetites because our bodies feel satisfied.
