I remember this conversation so vividly because my dad was crying the whole time. Up until that day I had never seen my dad cry. I participate in a program in my city that help mentor kids that are in a one parent home or a drug abused environment. The kids find it easy to connect with me because I tell them my story and then they just spill their thoughts about their home or the environment around it. I plan on going back this summer and helping again. Heroin is a terrible drug and I will never want anyone to experience the pain and hell I went
