Dreams Need Action
Ladies and gentlemen, Good morning!
It is my great honor to stand here to share my idea about dream with you. The topic of my speech is “Dreams Need Action”.
As we all know, dream is a very great and glamorous word and every one of us has a dream in our mind. Actually, dream is always so beautiful. However, in reality, few of us make every effort to achieve our dreams. People always love to talk about their dreams, and they used to take their dream as a pet phrase. It is very obvious that a large number of people live a lifetime with a dream in the mind, but they never seriously put it into practice and try to realize the dream.
Generally speaking, only human can dream and turn their dreams into reality. No dream, no wonderful life. The dream is people’s longing for the future. It means, to a certain extent, endless possibilities, unexpected surprises, and confidence in yourself.

Yu Minhong said that every college student should do four things at university. First and foremost, must learn the necessary knowledge; second, learn to make good friends; third, if possible, experience love; prepare for future employment.
We just have to admit that we ought to make continuous efforts to improve our overall quality, create favorable conditions and lay a good foundation for the dream in order to smoothly arrive at the destination. Edison, as a famous inventor, experimented thousands of substances and done more than 40 thousand experiments in order to invent the battery. Finally, he succeeded.
