National Australia Bank Group (the Group) is a money related administration with over 12,700,000 clients and 42,000 people, working in more than 1,700 retail outlets and business banking centres comprehensively.
The first stakeholder that is involved are the employees of NAB. Since 1998, NAB has provided their employees two days every year to volunteer their period for the purpose of building talents and prosperoous groups. Every year over 400 community organisations to advertise over 22,000 volunteering activities are worked alongside NAB and NAB definitely has their heads held high as they are recognised as pioneers in corporate volunteering in Australia. Feedbacks gives NAB suitable data to enhance the content, readability and convinience of the Report. The diversity of NAB’s customers’ interests displays a test. This year, NAB again held one-onone feedback sessions with external stakeholders. In New Zealand and Australia NAB surveyed wider external stakeholders. NAB also surveyed around 170 employees from across the Group, who took part to produce their 2005 Report. Key feedbacks include, giving more detail on particular conclusions, presenting an adjusted perspective of achievements and challenges , using more diagrams, pictures, tables and graphs , providing more coverage on problems such as offshoring or outsourcing, fees and commissions in wealth management, and performance …show more content…
NAB anticipates teamwork and collaboration across its organisation for the profit of all stakeholders. NAB actively shares ideas and information across the organisation in order to capitalise on opportunities to achieve more for their stakeholders. NAB will not tolerate people who put their personal agendas ahead of the organisation and its customers. Nab values a diverse workforce and each employee’s unique contributions to the team. NAB also actively backing up and ‘speak up’ for their colleagues, the organisation’s choices and the groups it meets expectations
