During the end of my freshmen year at high school my friend Alex contacted me about joining a new band he formed with his classmate Dan. This began a three-year run with our band Days Made Visible and included playing many different live shows. Days Made Visible ended after numerous lineup changes but immediately a new band formed called KODIAK that consisted of Alex and I. Louis, there is very little being done to raise awareness of the act of digital piracy. I believe that there are many methods to which UMSL could take to address the crisis and encourage students to avoid the act of digital piracy. To discover the effects that digital piracy has on college students I organized a plan to keep my research strictly within college campuses. The biggest groups of downloaders are college students, who are salient for their size as a group as well as their frequency of downloading (Bott, 2006).
