There are many key components to stress. There are different symptoms that are caused by symptoms of stress. The biggest symptom of stress is anxiety and worry because most people have anxiety when stressed. One example is when I am dealing with problems with my family, and I don’t know what the outcome will be. When people show signs of anxiety, they usually are scared and worried, they don’t understand what is going on in their minds. I want to learn more about this because I feel that this stress is relatable to me, and I just want to know a little more about is. What I know about family stress is that it can affect many people in the same family or be the reason why someone is stressed. Stress happens because of disagreements or arguments that occur in the family. What makes this most stressful is not being able to talk it out with your family because it is about them so this makes it even more stressful. What I know already about school stress is that in school there is a lot going on at once. You have many classes you have extracurricular activity, you have homework from other classes, appointments, and other things outside of school. Sometimes family stress and school stress can be morphed into one, which can causes more stress and make problems
