People are always concerned about health, fitness, and body image. Many of their diet and health decisions are influenced by how it will affect their appearance. Mostly people will buy a gym membership and fall into a mundane routine. Day in and day out spent wasting their time at the gym. Efficiency is a concern in everything that people do. So why waste efficiency with your own body? Using your own body in your workouts with bodyweight training exercises is the most effective way to increase the body 's functional ability as well as increase overall fitness.
