Taking A Look At Bullying Laws

Bullying has been a critical issue in schools for the pass decades. Governments has passed different laws against bullying for the longest but none of them are not being enforced properly. Children are still dealing with different types of bullying all around the world. Most of them deal with bullying every day and do not know what to do or who to turn to for help. The state or federal government should enforce better laws into place to prevent bullying, it could cause people to commit suicide, not wanting to come to school, and low self-esteem about their self.
There are really no laws on bullying directly, when people bully there are so many discriminatory harassment that comes with it. When it becomes to get out of hand that is when the schools and or colleges are obligated to resolve the problems that the bullies are causing. If the situation is not properly solved then the U.S. Department of Education 's Office for Civil Rights and the U.S. Department of Justice 's Civil Rights Division will have to step in and help out. It could be because of cultural reasons and they’re to apply by their cultural rules. It mostly starts at home where the person is learning those things from their parents or guardians or even at schools with the type of people they associate themselves with. Popularity is something that young children take an interest in so if that means to bully others to be popular they will do it. When children are not getting the type of love and caring from their family they sometimes take it out on others around them. Some research indicates that having power may make some people want to make it noticeable to let others think they are tough and not afraid of
