Leaders are very important people and leaders lead the way for followers. In most situations leaders are those that have the leadership embedded in them. In fact, according to (Oke, 2011), “is the process of inspiring others to work hard to accomplish important tasks”. The President of the United States is the leader for this Country, every organization has a leader. Bill Gates is another computer software billionaire leader the founder of Microsoft. These 2 world leaders have both top webpages that are used by everyone all over the world. Bill Gates and Mark along with other world leaders are collaborating a project in clean energy, our primary goal with the Coalition is as much to accelerate progress on clean energy as it is to make a profit (Dolan, 2015).
