As a child, my dental records were nothing to be proud of. Sweets, soda’s, and sugared coffee were consumed often as well as fruits. Word got out throughout my family, then I was approached by my cousin whom was not much older than I. When she felt it was appropriate or humorous (when I was eating candy), she would say, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” My reaction consisted of embarrassment because she was watching me closely which eventually became annoyance. Out of her fun she overused the phrase and inevitably turned into a cliche for me personally.

Usually mean who aren’t financially secure yet or does not have much experience as an adult. People, both men and women assume another woman could be a cougar for dressing seductively and being a certain age. In a situation where two men, age 24 and 36 could be having a conversation and a lady across the room could be making gestures or eye contact with the younger gentleman, and he walks over. She apologises and explains she was gesturing his older friend. The younger male explains how he assumed she was cougar and she is offended, explains she’s 29 and
