The idea of diversifying workplaces as well as universities is very appealing to me but the way in which we are doing so to attain this just is not ethical. Conservatism is the set of values and ideals that are basically preserving traditional values and morality. Usually it is against big social change, keeping the government as small as possible and as closely aligned to the constitution as possible, also keeping the government out of businesses. I agree with this for the most part, I think the government should stay out of an individual’s way as much as possible so we can live free. Also it seems that people are always blaming the government for being the problem in America and liberals constantly want to make it bigger, which has always blown my mind.
