Stoning is a brutal form of punishment that is violating the Human Rights. It is still happening today and there is no international law to condemn it (Redpath, 2013). But why isn’t stoning a modern form of punishment? It’s no longer an effective form of punishment. In today’s day and age we have come up with better ways to deal with such things. We’ve evolved as human beings which means our laws should to, no matter where you live.
