In all of Ciputra Group’s projects, the Company have set the target of zero occupational accident, and they aim to achieve this by implementing a high standard of work safety in each project phase and site.
One example is the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) program that was established in 2013 under supervision from International Finance Corporation (IFC), a branch of World Bank . HSE has become a company culture that is practiced in every project of Ciputra Group. For instance, it evaluates the treatment of Ciputra employees by partner contractors. This program aims to protect its employees from working hazards. The ultimate goal for Ciputra Group itself is to finally reach Zero Accident, Operational Safety, and Zero Loss Time Injury achievements.
Annually, Ciputra Group holds Health, Safety & Environment Awards event in order to give recognition and incentive for corporate partners to keep improving their awareness in regards to
