“What’s amazing is, if young people understood how doing well in school making the rest of their life so much more interesting, they would be more motivated. Its far away in time that they can’t appreciate what it means for their whole life” (“Bill GAtes Brainy Quotes”). Bill Gates said this quote referring to how important it is to do good in school. William Henry Gates the third aka Bill Gates was born October 28 1955. When he was younger he was a voracious reader spent hours reading encyclopedias. At age 11 Bill Gates seemed bored and withdrawn at times. At 13 he was enrolled into Seattle 's Lakeside school (“Bill Gates”). This is where he met Paul Allen and they became quick friends. At the age of 13 Bill Gates started showing interests in computer programing. While at Lakeside school he spent much of his time in the computer room working with the terminals in there. After a while Bill and his friend Paul Allen found a glitch in the computer system and they took advantage of it. They got their computer privileges revoked. Bill and Allen made a payroll for the company they hacked into then created a schedule program for their school (“Bill Gates”). In 1975 he left left harvard to start his microsoft company with Paul Allen. Bill Gates became the spokesman of the company. He went to every meeting to talk about the new material that they will be developing. By keeping track of everything they work on helps keep everything organized. He also keeps track to make sure no one is trying to steal their information and make it their own. Apple tried to sue microsoft for stealing their software. Bill Gates went through and found out the software is similar but different (“Bill Gates”). Therefore Apple couldn 't due microsoft for taking their software even though it was similar. Years later microsoft started to develop windows an advanced software system. IT took many years to develop windows. After about 10 years windows finally laughed on November 1985 (“Bill Gates”). Bill Gates is always investing into charities to help everyone around the world. HE has donated 350 million dollars into developing vaccines for diseases. Most of his charity work is to help people in other countrys get better and to get rid of their diseases. In Africa Bill Gates has been helping to pay for a vaccine to get rid of malaria. He has donated 1.4 billion dollars to help Africans fight malaria. This is almost more money donated into malaria then there is for the AIDS virus (Doughton). He is still donating money to get rid and help find vaccines for these deadly diseases. Bill GAtes is also to improve nuclear power plants. He believes they are still the most efficient way to develop electricity for the world. He also said if every home had solar panels on the roofs we wouldnt be using so many fossil fuels. By using solar panels it would be using nature and not destroying nature with pollution as we are now (“Bill Gates Powers up”). Bill Gates is going around fixing schools in America. He wants everyone to have an amazing education. If schools are out of date it wont help students learn. HE is paying for schools to get books and computers that are up to date and fast. Bill Gates foundation has donated 28.8 billion dollars to help everyone. He is still donating his money to help peoples lives better and more efficient.
