Among these differences include who is the true leader of a group, how important followers are, and what is important. Most people perform secular leadership everyday, believing that this type of leadership is best. It is due to a person 's lack of understanding of a biblical view that they believe a secular leadership style is best. Comparing and contrasting these two different styles, differences will be noticed.
