American Express Open is the B2B section for American express they try to sell many different types of business credit cards for all sorts of companies. While looking at there open forum they decided they wanted to create another website for solely for those small business to engage wit other business owners and talk about how to become successful. They saw that 60% of small businesses were failing in the first year and they wanted to help those businesses remain business.
