Caring for the horses has taught me different character skills. People at the stables each have different personalities. They have taught me to be open minded and to respect opinions I do not agree with. I apply these skills with my family by trying to use my critical thinking skills to solve problems. This experience will be valuable to me in the future since I can use the volunteering hours from the stables as my animal experience hours I need. Learning about horses and getting to volunteer at the stables has helped shape my path to become a
