Adolf Hitler was a bad leader and people knew it, but no powerful people stood up against his terror, leaving the main attempts on taking his life to be small, unorganized and had bad timing leading him to stay in power. Before coming into power the German people were in a deep depression with not good living styles. Hitler seeing this as a way to gain power told the people that he could make Germany powerful and fix the problems they were having. People being so desperate to have a better life believed what he was saying, but did not know how he was going to do it. A man struggling in Germany had a feeling that Hitler and his army would eventually ruin his country and he decided he was going to do something about it (Andrews). In many situations the people that wanted to kill him were those who were struggling to survive under his command. “In December 1936, a young German Jew who had been living in Prague infiltrated into Germany as part of a plot to kill Hitler by blowing up a building in the Nuremberg Stadium,” (Schmidt Matthias). Even the Jewish people who were not already under control of the Nazis tried to FINAGLE a way to assassinate Hitler. Many of those who were attempting to kill Hitler were also influenced to do so by other people. Hirsch was being influenced by one of Hitler 's biggest opponents to agree to plant a bomb that was built by one of his followers (Schmidt Matthias).“Throughout 1937 and 1938, German intelligence uncovered a steady flow of information revealing plots to kill Hitler by the Black Front,” (Schmidt Matthias). Bavaud decided not to go through with the attempt because he found out the Hitler would be marching with other people he did not want to harm (“A Timeline of Attempts”). This is important because it ended up letting Hitler get away and cause more problems. Bavaud later went to Berchtesgaden because he believed that Hitler would return there, he found out once he got there that Hitler was still in Munich, (A Timeline of Attempts). Once Bavaud went back to Munich to get it Hitler, he discovered that Hitler had just gone back to Berchtesgaden where he just was, (A Timeline of Attempts).
