Employee creativity plays a significantly role in organizations, it is able to enhance the entire innovation within the organization (Amabile, 1988; Oldham & Cummings, 1996). For example, there are varies of types of organizations all over the world. Within the organization, there usually would be a relatively clear management hierarchy which divides the employees into different managerial levels. A organization hierarchy is usually divided into four levels, top managers, middle managers, first-line managers and non-managerial employees (Robbins, Bergman, Stagg & Coulter, 2014). If employees have creative ideas or productive project, they will be able to announce in the organization. Once the higher level managers which include top managers identify the project’s feasibility, there is a great probability that the organization would commence the project so that the organization could make a enhancement.
