1. Introduction
Nowadays, people can connect different messages and information from different countries easily. New technology, transportation helps to closer the relationship in the world. Therefore, globalization leads to countries become multicultural (Kotler & Keller, 2016). Globalization provides the opportunity to company offer their product that cover in the world so that consumers can connect products and service everywhere (Keegan & Green, 2013). In addition, it will be the chance to let company try to globalization.

In the demographic segmentation, it can define as many elements such as race, gender and income (Kotler & Keller, 2016). According to Statista (2015) shows that the gross domestic product (GDP) per capita of Germany was 41,267.31 and United States was 55,904.3. It reflects that there is the gap between two countries. Therefore, when Adidas will consider the pricing strategy in Germany such as the price of product will lower that United States. Another element are age and gender. Adidas provide different sport type of the products such as football, basketball and running. Also, each type of the products can choose the gender: men, women and kids (Adidas UK, 2016; Adidas Hong Kong, 2016). However, the football culture is not popular in Japan and United States. Therefore, Adidas target other sport activity such as baseball. Baseball is popular in Japan and United States. For example, Nippon Professional Baseball Organization and Major League Baseball are popular in these two countries (Nippon Professional Baseball, 2016; Major League Baseball, 2016).

Also, anime culture is common in Japan and Adidas also target people who are interested in animation. Adidas try to cooperate with animate company and provide the product include cartoon characters (Pokémon, 2014). Adidas also target the young adults. Illustrate this point, Adidas try to invite the famous artists so that attract target audience and increase the awareness.

Adidas target the young adults and adults who are interested sport and fitness. And it has the difference on different countries. About Germany, football is more popular so that company can target people who are like to play football.
