Course Development Complete updates and development of course material for the assigned training program in accordance with established standards and timelines, and course material is consistent with applicable manuals and regulations. The course materials include lesson plans, practical exercises, and competency tests. This standard requires that 90% of all training material must be updates and reviewed within the performance rating cycle.

I revamped 17 power-point presentations, for the course, to be used by staff members and students alike to enhance the instructor 's lectures and the student training experience. Along with the power-point presentations I generated five new unit review study aids, totaling approximately 120 questions

Maintain awareness of developments within the cryptologic field by attending annual boards as applicable or as mission permits. Strive to complete three distance learning training events, three evaluations, and coach three instructors as a Senior or Master Instructor, and initiate a course improvement project IAW MOA from SFDB and the unit to meet training requirements to obtain USAICoE Expert instructor badge. Strive to complete the Master Training Specialist program to continue to improve your teaching techniques and procedures. Seek out other government and/or civilian training opportunities for career progression.

Maintained 100% qualification in the Communication Signals Collection & Processing Course and satisfactory completed all required evaluations. Awarded my USAICoE Master Instructor Badge and started working on USAICoE Expert Instructor Badge. As a master instructor I provided 30 hours of coaching/mentorship to 3 instructors. One of the instructors I lead through the instructor qualification process working with them to get qualified as a Communication Signals Collection & Processing Course. I also completed the following in-house and distant learning course in support of Army learning

Conducted 544 students counseling after test, all was conducted within 1 day of the test, to ensure that the students know if they needed addition training or not. Counseled 12 students numerous times on their role as an effective leader, their responsibilities as a leader, and what they needed to do to become a more efficient leader. Provided 25 hours of motivation counseling 's to seven students that were performing at a military or academic level below their capabilities, 80% of the students tended to improve their grades and /or their military bearing afterwards. Administered 1218 progress checks vie testing to 42 students in three classes, resulting in an overall GPA of 89.93%; 0.50% above the course average. In addition to the 1218 test; 620 assignment sheets were assigned and graded ensuring that the students could successful complete the course and function proficiently in the
