Abortion is one of, if not the most controversial issue in today 's society. In the United States it is legal to abort a baby until birth, only when the baby is a fetus. Abortion is deliberately terminating a human pregnancy, often aborted within the first 28 weeks of pregnancy. Numerous amounts of people believe abortion is barbaric and murder. Although others believe abortion is justifiable, while some people say only god can take anyone 's life. Individuals who support abortion, nonetheless, they don 't deem unborn children as a person who needs to be protected. Roe vs. Wade was a historical event that occurred in 1973. During this trial in the Supreme Court, overturned a Texas interpretation of abortion law, which ended in making abortion legal in the United States. In Roe v. Wade, concluded, a woman and a doctor can choose to abort a child in the early stages of pregnancy without any kind of reciprocation, but reprications in later months of pregnancy. Roe v. Wade is what legalized abortion, before this case many states denied abortion and others limited abortion. The Supreme Court decided it was a right to privacy. The Bill of Rights, the Ninth Amendment says “"the enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people… " This quotes is what was the end of the Supreme Court decision, allowing abortion, concluding, protecting a person 's right to privacy. Pro choice supporters believe this case made a great historic event. Many have their own argument, some were raised to believe pro life was the only choice they had. These people believe taking the life of an unborn child is unacceptable and murder.
