What are the factors contributed by the government in increasing brain drain?
Answer: In recent years Pakistan has produced just too many graduates and most of them low quality unfortunately. The provision of license to the private substandard educational institutes is one of the very strong reasons of increase in brain drain. Secondly, the recruitment agencies are so biased and corrupt that none of the qualified people gets to hold a job and hence they choose to leave for abroad.
