Zombies in Media I have been addicted to Zombie media, but I never knew why. This article has enlightened me with why I and the rest of the world has been passionate about the idea of Zombies in modern media. I released that us humans tend to enjoy this kind of media because zombies are seen as weak, slow and unintelligent individuals that an everyday individual has a fighting chance to survive. Unlike vampires that have extraordinary abilities that can eradicate the human population easily. Additionally in the My Zombie, Myself: Why Modern Life Feels Rather Undead, the author states that “zombies are merely replacing vampires as the monster of the moment”, I completely agree with this as zombies became more relevant in recent year with
