Zombie March Case Study

Nick has a lot of ups and downs in the teamwork category. He has done some commendable work in events such as the Zombie March the past year as well as working with the Research and Evaluation committee in reviewing potential new equipment for the Department. Where Nick struggles some is with day to day relationships and accepting chain of command when he doesn't agree with the directive. This is apparent in the written warning issued by Lt. Robertson as well as discussions that other supervisors have had with Nick.
