Zombie Apocalypse Weapons

As the zombie apocalypse begins to take over our country, mankind must fight to survive. First, a safe location must be determined. Second, a survival plan at said location must be made and if possible, researched. Lastly, weapons are very important.

Choosing a survival location should be the number one priority. A tropical island located close to the mainland would be ideal. An island would keep zombies away as they do not go into the water. The island should be close to the mainland so that one could see if the zombie apocalypse has come to an end. A tropical island has many positive attributes to be able to survive such as the ability to locate drinking water and food, the ability to build a fire and build a shelter with wood and palm fronds. The best weapon to have would be a knife or a machete. Either weapon would be beneficial to aid in cutting down the branches needed for the shelter. Also, both weapons would be helpful in hunting animals and fish. If there is a confrontation with another person or an animal, a person would have to get close to their enemy to harm them. If a knife is unavailable, it is possible to make a spear with wood and a rock. The spear would help with warding off animals and help with fishing. On the other hand, a spear made with wood and rock might not be strong enough to hunt larger animals. Lastly, a gun would also be a suitable weapon. While a gun would be very helpful in hunting the larger animals, it will not help with building shelter and may not help with fishing. Also, a gun will eventually run out of bullets.

In conclusion, surviving on a tropical island would be easy if a person has the right knowledge. Even without tools, a person would be able to make a shelter, build a fire, and hunt with resources found on an island. The island is a great place to survive a zombie apocalypse. Our primary go to weapon(s) would be a bow for shooting their eyes so the zombie become blind and then kill them.
