You say that the people living here are monsters because we make movies that show that you are insignificant. But you are the real monsters because you come up to us and eat our brains for fun. Who is the real monster the people that are alive or the people that are dead. You say that humans are easy to be eliminated and you are hard to be. But who will be easy to be killed when my brother sends me a tank to blast you all back to where you came from.

The Zombie Apocalypse is an event I feel I've been prepped for my entire life. Assuming typical scary movie rules apply: in order to survive I must find a rag tag group of people who are sane as well as very skill at using weapons. To help prevent being that that cliché person that trips, my team and I would raid a shoe store for well fitting, non slip shoes. Next we would wear various layers of coats just in case if we were caught, zombies would struggle to get to our flesh and we would have time escape from their grasp. Next we would travel north and go to a region that was not very populated prior to the apocalypse.…

It was on November 25, 1783 when General George Washington victoriously led the Army north of the city, south down Manhattan through the town, across Bowling Green to The Battery at the foot of Broadway, due to the British finally leaving NYC (History, American). Bowling Green is a small public park in South Ferry, Manhattan at the end of Broadway, alongside the site of the original dutch fort of New Amsterdam. The oldest park in the city, it is named “ Bowling Green” due to the fact that the Dutch would actually play bowling, hence the name (Bowling Green). On November 25 of 1783, America and the British departed, for good. On this day the British departed from Manhattan after the end of the American Revolution.…

The Black Saturday fires were a series of bush-fires that were burning in the state of Victoria in Australia on Saturday, 7 February 2009. This day had the worst bush-fire-weather conditions ever recorded. Extreme heat, high winds, low humidity, and severe drought were all factors in fanning the flames on that tragic day. Many things in our world anger me, but when I hear that our new President has just made it legal for mentally ill Americans to purchase guns, I go ballistic. The second amendment states that we are given the right to bear arms legally, but I think that our founding fathers did not mean that someone mentally ill is allowed to purchase firearms. Events occur all around the world that give evidence as to why firearms should not even be allowed to be purchased even by the average human being. The Newtown shooting occurred at Sandy Hook elementary school in 2012 and it is a day we will never forget.…

If possible make sure you have sanitary items, plenty of blankets, and clothing, the last thing that you should have ready is a first aid kit. Why do people have different interpretations of the word “monster”? Some individuals, envision them as old, Greek mythological creatures. Others believe humanity is bombarded with monstrosity, as if it is a characteristic that we all carry, and very few utilize the meaning of “monster” as a societal or mental fear. I recognize the term as something more standard that many also conceptualize; as ginormous, snarling, blood-thirsty beasts. Beasts are the perfect perception of a monster.…

Could you ever imagine waking up one day and everything was different? Not being able to be sprawled out in your perfectly good bed each morning, but waking up in various locations for protection. Having to carry some sort of weapon every time you go outside just in case you run into a pack of zombies looking for fresh flesh. This all seemed too much and it was only my first year at Missouri State. A zombie apocalypse was not something I expected from college, especially to be one of the few survivors’ left on campus.…
