We attended the supervisory meeting. We discussed the problem that we have faced with Zip Code data. Mr. Robert and Mr. Ashwin explained for us the alternative project, if the problem with the Zip Code project continues. They asked us to take a look at the data on Missouri Information for Community Assessment (MICA) website. We met with Mr. Craig, who is the environmental health manger; we identified the day of restaurants inspection. Mr. Craig gave us the Food Code book in order to be familiar with what we have to look about and to be familiar with the food policy.

Laura to a restaurant, swimming pool and tattoo shop for inspections tour. In a swimming pool inspection, I learned how to use the reagents for checking the level of (chlorine, PH, alkalinity, sanitizers, and calcium hardness). I learned the standard temperature for water in swimming pool. I learned about the rules of keeping and storage the chemical substances such as chlorine and reagents. I learned how to check on the water tanks and filters. Ms. Laura let me to examine the water statues in swimming pool by using the reagents.
In a restaurant inspection, I learned about the standard temperatures for raw food and cooked food, which are kept in the refrigerators and freezers. I learned about how to use sterile substances in a proper way. I learned about the proper way to reheated food and how to keep the food in safe temperature. Ms. Laura told me about actions that should be taken when finding any violations.
In a tattoo center, I learned about the immunizations that required for employee, who applying the tattoo, and how to make sure that the tools are
