You also mention these two viruses can spread rather quickly and in big numbers, so it is important to understand the mortality rate. In addition, I think it is important to look at the burden it puts on society, the state and family members. For example, what is the cost of treatment? What are the lifelong effects of this disease on a patient? or in the case of the Zika virus, if a pregnant women becomes infected what would the lifelong disabilities
