The outbreak of Zika virus in South America and Central America created a potential threat to its neighboring nation United States of America (U.S.A). Zika is an outbreak in Brazil, furthermore, as of January 2016, over 1 million cases were registered and the count is still growing. Therefore, neighboring countries like the United States are in serious danger because the United States had experienced the spread of similar arbovirus disease West Nile in the past. In 1999, USA had registered its first West Nile disease case from another country, moreover, this disease became outbreak in 2002, 2006 and 2012. The United States has already registered its first Zika case before this disease becomes an outbreak again by following the path of the West Nile virus, the seriousness of the spread of Zika virus had to be measured.
