To expand the business in the regional areas so that the market share increase by at least 7.5%. From the information given about Zie Tel Logistic, you can attest to the fact that Zie Tel Logistics is almost in all areas of the Australian market. We cannot fail to rule out the fact that too much expansion has adverse effect especially companies that are not well financed. There are changes Zie Tel need to implements to achieve organizational goals. Hence, rapid growth also brings its own unintended consequences. Too much expansion can compromise quality in the business. Another problem that will result as expansion of business is employee turnover. Hiring and training in Zie Tel becomes crucial. As employee’s skills do not grow with the business, it will be hard for the employees to perform an efficient task as before. Employee’s turnover is one of the problems the business faces in expansion. Before expanding a business, all these should be put into consideration for effective running of the business. For instance, Zie Tel needs to try three to six financial officers. Failure to evaluate new recruitment will as such increase employee turnover and as well as create morale issues. Financial challenge is another problem that links to expansion of the business. Considering the structure of the business, they would resort to debt financing in order to increase business growth. This liquidates the business when they strive to survive in the business environment. This can turn sour if Zie Tel does not keep to the resulting obligation. That is to maintain debt financing.
