Zenibaba's Personality Traits

When we first meet Zeniba, it seems that she has the same, cold personality traits as her sister Yubaba. After creating chaos in Yubaba's office, She warns Chihiro to keep quiet about the incident or she will "rip her mouth out". When Chihiro refuses to hand over Haku she gets mad and yells at Chihiro, telling her "He's a greedy little thief." and that "There's a spell on the [golden] seal and anyone who steals it will die."

When Chihiro visits her cottage with No-Face, Boh and Yubaba's Bird to return the golden seal and apologize on Haku's behalf to save him, Zeniba reveals her true nature as a kind and helpful old lady. Zeniba welcomes Chihiro, Boh, No-Face and Yubaba's bird with open arms into the cottage. She feeds Chihiro tea and all
