Information gathered from staff and student witnesses indicated that Zavion Frederick Southerland was observed trespassing and in possession of a loaded handgun on Phillip O. On 12/29/15, I (Investigator Reyer) made contact with, James Bradley Norwood, in reference to several outstanding warrants he had with several agencies. After taken Norwood into custody a search incident to arrest was conducted. During the search a small meatal can pink in color was located inside his right jacket pocket. After opening the can a small clear bag containing a clear rock like substance was located. The substance latter weighted had an aggregate weight of .5 grams.…

Unfortunately, I have suffered multiple concussions through growing up and playing sports. When I got my most recent, and most severe concussion during a collegiate football game the coaching staff attempted to put me back into the game, knowing that there is a significant risk of a second concussion and possible death after an initial concussion has been suffered. In the Case Gratz vs. Bollinger, I thought the argument was quite interesting. The first group had some major flaws in their argument that was brilliantly corrected by the second group. The first group argued that having a 20 point system is unconstitutional because it violates the equal protection clause. However, as pointed out by the apposing group, the 20 point system was not even a factor in this case, for it was not implemented until the year after. That makes this argument invalid.…
The person I have chosen to write my letter for amnesty for is Leonard Peltier, a seventy-two-year-old man, arrested in the 1970’s, then, in his forties for the alleged murder of two FBI agents. He is currently serving time in prison and is in poor health. Prior to going away for murder, Peltier owned an auto-body station and became very evolved in the AIM (American Indian Movement) working to further Native American Civil Rights in Seattle, Washington as well as in South Dakota. Yoni Heisler published an article, “This Is Why America Is Obese”, and explains how food can seriously affect the human body; the message being unhealthy trends can be seen throughout young kids.
