Zeal came from a Greek Origin which means “single-minded devotion” to. Zeal in a spiritual meaning means “devotion to God or another religious cause.” Zeal is important to the Xaverian community because the school tries to bring you to a spirituality stage where it gives you opportunities to get closer to God. The value of Zeal is very important to my life because my relationship with God matters to me and Zeal is a way of communication towards God. As a religious kid growing up I always lived up by “trusting God in whatever situation you are in.” In this school, you zeal becomes more important in your life because in all the activities they have.
