Zaroff's Diary Entry Essay: The Most Dangerous Game

i wake up by the loud sound of crashing waves. i am in Zaroff's bed, lately i have not been sleeping so good but last night i did. Why am i here? What happened? it takes me a few minutes to realize what had happened the night before. i was the first person to win. Am i a winner though? i stayed on the island a few days, it got really lonely really quick. i need to leave the island before any one finds me.

On my way out, i grab food, and water so i do not die of hunger or thirst. i make my way out to a life boat, i paddle faster then i have ever paddled before. i look up at the sky, and it is about 7:30 A.M. i keep telling myself i will find my way out, but i keep finding reasons that i wont. i have been paddling for hours now, i am

"Like what? Where are you going?" i question.

" Rio Grande, and just basic repairs on the boat and what i need done." he says.

"He will make you clean every baring inch on this boat" one of the crews man says.

"shut up you imbecile" he says to the crews man.

"i do not know if this makes a difference, but i am hunter. A good one at that" i said

You really thought you could kill me? Man are you an idiot, i knew you were dumb, but you would be dumb enough to take my life boat. Golly man, well little did you know i have cruise ships bigger then the white house all over the ocean looking for you. There is trackers in ever rich in this box too, so you have 2 choices- 1 have me find you and brutally murder you, and be rich. (preferred) 2- Dump all the gold, and live life in peace, but be absolutely poor. i would watch out if i were you, i will find you anyway but hey whatever helps you sleep at
