Intervention: MHP and MHS receive information from the school staff about Zarius past IEP plan. MHP listened and asked questions after each staff provided a report of Zarius behavior and quality of work. MHP discussed Zarius barriers to completing grade level work and making better decision for positive outcomes. MHP provide suggestions to assist Zarius in class. MHP, MHS and school staff discussed options for Zarius and needed assistance. MHP provided contact information to the school staff.
