For the beginning, lets exam the theme of the short story and the research paper. For this essay, we will be focused specifically on Jack London’s short story and Zach & Agosto’s research paper. Mr. London’s story typically include vivid description of the scenery and a handful of characters interacting with each other. These characters were created to play their parts. Their happiness or their demise were solely depend on writer’s creativity. The writer set Dorothy Sambrooke as a daughter of a senator, a wealthy and a powerful man (London, December, 1908). In this book, he hint his political view regarding Socialism. Another example of his fictional story, To Build a Fire (London, May 29, 1902), he created a character who’s appear foolish, overrated himself, and perseverance. At the end, the writer wrote him off; allow the character to die alone in freezing weather. Mr. London’s books filled with great detail of the scene, messages behind story, and somewhat, emotional provocative. All in all, his short story was about expression and entertainment.
