Based on what the people has said, know what really cares, is the ZMOT, that is why the Wall Street Journal said that what the people is going to buy, decides it at home:

ZMOT, is what now changed the mode: In the past the people was taking care of how the product was going to look like, forgetting that people know is different, the rulebook has come to a new one, and we need to use whole the tools in order to undertake the pursue of new clients, who now are smarter and more informed.
Winning the ZMOT is what we want to do: Winning the ZMOT we are able to have a satisfied client, and having that, we could assume he is going to review it in his social network, then someone will see it, and perhaps this new subject is going to feel atracted to the product, buy it, and he might be doing a new review wen he already try a product.
Which are the ZMOT for IT?: As students of IT, this is such a great opportunity of focus on, owing to our career is totaly oriented to this path, and following this new trend, and including it in our ADN, we, obiously, are going to be successfully competitors in a real world of
