I believe that learning is a lifelong and shared process, and that interaction between scholars and students enlivens the pursuit of knowledge.

I am strategically focused by contributing to and achieving department goals and vision.
I wish to set high performance standards and will hold myself accountable by aggressively executing these standards.

I have always relied on new knowledge and original thinking for finding creative ways, better possibilities and innovations in order to problem-solve and get the job done for the greater good.
I imbibe a positive thought-process and a well-balanced attitude along with well-rounded sensibilities in order to effectively deal with the complexities, challenges and dynamics of our ever changing world and the unpredictable economies of scale that come with it and affects us all.
I wish to educate and inspire students to approach life and work from a creative, collaborative, and critical perspective in preparation for diverse careers, services and environments.
I remain focused on ensuring student success and creating smart, liveable, healthy and sustainable communities through research, collaboration, teamwork, outreach and service.
