There will be a drastic reduction in crime rates because convicted felons will not have the chance to commit any more crimes.If a criminal is released after a 25 year sentence, they will be left with no other choice but to start a new life. The citizens of the United States will live in a world with less worry about their loved ones never returning home. If this law is established, police officers will no longer have to worry about keeping an eye on convicted felons and therefore will have more time to focus on their jobs and other issues. If this law is not put into act children will continue getting kidnapped from places that we think as safe and fun, like city parks. Guns and knives will remain in the hands of repeat murderers. Also, last but most certainly not least, sex offenders will continue to take the dignity and consciousness of innocent human beings-a life altering event that no one should ever have to go through if action is not taken. Innocent children like Polly Klaas will continue to go missing from their homes, never to return for their mothers and fathers to tuck them in at night, read them books, and kiss them on the foreheads everyday before they shut their eyes to go to
