Yommala discuss with this writer about an issue pertaining to patient #2977. According to Yommala, the patient was suspended on 5/12/2017; however, the patient was hospitalized for pneumonia. During the patient’s reinstatement process on 5/17/2017-the patient was not medicated as it was an error by Nursing. Yommala expressed her frustration about her patient not being medicated. At this time, the patient have breast cancer but the patient’s medical recommendation for the patient to seek suboxone treatment for the patient to engage in chemotherapy. Yommala completed referral for the patient to seek medical consultation about the recommendation and will closely monitor the patient’s medical treatment/recommendation.
