Being either young and free or old and wise both come with responsibility. In today’s society the word “YOLO” has been an excuse to make irresponsible, dangerous, and thoughtless actions. Without a doubt, one only lives once, but one should live that single life in a non reckless and safe manner. Imagine not being able to complete one life’s dream or simple actions due to an irresponsible act while saying “YOLO” and being hurt in the process. Even with all of the technology offered today, sometimes not even the latest gadget or can save someone’s life due to a simple phrase and action. If a person ever uses this famous phrase, the outcome should make that person a better version of themselves.
