Billings woman Yolanda Patrice Marin, arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and partner family member assault.
According to a court hearing, on May 13, 2017 the 911 comm. center received a call regarding a weapons complaint. Dispatch stated that the call came from the residence of 42 Florine Lane#4.
Officer Fjetland and Edwards arrived at the home and entered the home and observed Mr. Marin holding a bath room door shut because his wife had a knife in the bathroom which he believed she intended to use on him.
Officers advised that the home was in disarray and was unsanitary. Billings Police Officer Fjetland claims, that one of the children was playing with a condom and that they had blown the condom up like a balloon.
