I enjoy the interaction with classmates and the different points of view that all students share in the discussion forum. Some of the articles were more interesting than others. I enjoy how the class is focus on learning by discussing current events in business. I think that the instructor’s opinion on the current topic should be part of the discussion. The instructor could summarize the most important issues with the discussions and how to improve future discussion topics.
I did not enjoy the questions on the midterm. Some of the questions have no relevant use for a business professional. I wanted to learn how to make better business decisions in real life situations, but this class did not help me learn new business techniques. The …show more content…
These subjects should include current political, social, and economic news and events. What will make US companies establish their manufacturing and distribution in the United States. Current topics in education, how government education cuts affect schools and the future of the USA and its labor force. Other countries like India and Mexico offer free higher education. A good subject might be what current students expect after graduation and what actually happens after graduation. Inviting a professional business leader or business owner might help motivate future professional to become leader in their …show more content…
Yellowdig is a very useful tool to share interesting subjects and interact with other professionals. The point system encourages participation. For this class, yellowdig was very similar to the class discussions. The additional posts can easily be included in the regular discussion board. Yellowdig is a valuable tool for the educational community.

Most of the additional articles were interesting and relevant to the subjects being cover in class. The additional post complement the articles selected by the instructor. Some of the post by students offered a different way of looking at the same subject. I liked to learn from other students because their ideas and point of views originate from personal experiences.
