This does seem like the reasonable amount of food per serving but what you must take into account is that most people consume two servings when they are making a sandwich or may consume two servings with breakfast or on any other occasion.
2. The Oroweat contains less than 1g of dietary fiber and the Brownberry contains 3g of the dietary fiber. The Brownberry contains 2g of sugar and the Oroweat is very similar in that it only contains 3g of sugar. The carbohydrates are very similar between the two breads. The Oroweat contains 19g, while the Brownberry contains 20g of carbohydrates.

7. I believe that there is not much of a difference between the two breads. I would most likely choose the Brownberry Healthy Multi-Grain bread because it contains more calcium than the Oroweat bread. Additionally, the Brownberry has more fibers and less sugars. Lastly I was able to recognize more of the ingredients listed on the Brownberry bread compared to the Oroweat
