Oroweat Country Buttermilk Bread and Brownberry Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
1. The serving size on the Oroweat and Brownberry is 1 slice. The Oroweat has 18 serving per loaf and the Brownberry has 16 servings per loaf. This does seem like the reasonable amount of food per serving but what you must take into account is that most people consume two servings when they are making a sandwich or may consume two servings with breakfast or on any other occasion.
2. The Oroweat contains less than 1g of dietary fiber and the Brownberry contains 3g of the dietary fiber. The Brownberry contains 2g of sugar and the Oroweat is very similar in that it only contains 3g of sugar. The carbohydrates are very similar between the two breads. The Oroweat contains 19g, while the Brownberry contains 20g of carbohydrates.

The Brownberry has 0% of Vitamin A, 0% of Vitamin C, and 15% of calcium. In its ingredients it includes calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, calcium sulfate and monocalcium phosphate. The Oroweat bread contains 0% of vitamin A, 0% of Vitamin C, and 6% of calcium. It contains Calcium propionate, and calcium sulfate in the ingredients list.
5. The Brownberry may contain soy, flour, hazelnut meal, walnuts and nonfat milk. The Oroweat may contain soy, flour, nuts and nonfat milk.
6. The Oroweat claims to use wheat flour, have no high fructose corn syrup, be cholesterol free, and have no trans fats. The Brownberry bread claims to have 18g of whole grains per slice, be a good source of Fiber, and have no high fructose corn syrup.
7. I believe that there is not much of a difference between the two breads. I would most likely choose the Brownberry Healthy Multi-Grain bread because it contains more calcium than the Oroweat bread. Additionally, the Brownberry has more fibers and less sugars. Lastly I was able to recognize more of the ingredients listed on the Brownberry bread compared to the Oroweat
