Year Cruises Research Paper

Introduction
“Most successful entrepreneurs don’t begin with brilliant ideas, they discover them.” One of the two new ventures that I would like to start up is called Yearly Cruises. What is Yearly Cruises? Yearly Cruises offers up to 365 days of cruising. My second venture will be called School on Water. It will provide students who wises to study aboard but on water instead.
Yearly Cruises
At first this might sound ridiculous but there are many beneficial factors to this idea. Since cruises pamper you with endless materials, provide you with great benefits, and let you uncover the world, so what’s a better way than to do it yearly. I came up with this idea because the demographic for cruising is for older and retired people. In North America, retired elders are usually put into a nursing or retirement home. The average cost for a nursing home in the United States is around $70,000- 100,000 a year. The average cost for a 4 weeks cruise can be anywhere from $4,500- 9000. The price comparison for one-month-stay at a nursing home and going on a cruise is extremely similar.

Some of the disadvantages are getting sea sick or sometime too much is not always a good thing. The possible location can be anywhere in the world. However, having the main port in Canada will increase the economy rapidly. Ontario is very underrated for their natural resources. They are surrounded by five of the biggest lakes in North America but rarely anymore see this as an opportunity. If given the chance, it could lead to something big. The main target market will be ages of 55 years or older and retired

The camp you will be staying at is off the coast of Southern California and is on the North Western side of Catalina. It is 22 miles from Los Angeles which is where you board the ship that takes you to Catalina. When you are outside (or sometimes even when you are inside), the temperature is normally really warm and sometimes humid so I would suggest bringing and applying sunscreen in the morning and after every meal. Some of the native plants are eucalyptus trees, pine trees, moss, and cherry trees. The cherries that are on Catalina Island are different than what we are used to.…

Some positions within the Coast Guard should be evaluated closely to determine if these positions are beneficial to the Coast Guard Mission. My position in the Response Division, at Sector Buffalo, I feel should be eliminated because it is of no value to the Coast Guard. This position does not have a mission, there are no leadership opportunities, and is an ineffective use of Coast Guard resources. Every member of the Coast Guard should want to, and should be expected to, contribute in some way to one of the many Coast Guard missions. One of the main reasons that this position should be eliminated is because it is a Chief Petty Officer (CPO) position that does not offer any leadership opportunities.…

All of the disadvantages outweigh the advantages in this case, and the only benefits they will have are economic ones and even then, there are many other ways to find economic opportunities. For example, TransCanada says it will benefit the economy of New Brunswick but the fishing industry is already endangered and a big source of income for many Eastern Canadians. If any oil spills were to happen there near or in the Bay of Fundy and St. Lawrence river, it could end the industry and prove to be a major economic downfall for Eastern Canada and there’s no guarantee that oil spills won’t happen. In July 2016, almost 250,000 litres of oil mixed with hydrocarbon was spilled from a pipeline by Husky Energy into the North Saskatchewan River near Maidstone, Saskatchewan. Any spills could be devastating to cities and their water resources, and greenhouse gas emissions would increase from burning and producing oil which will increase climate change effects and also endanger the lives of Inuit people by increasing the risks of avalanches and mass ice blocks melting.…
