Yasuo Research Paper

Decent Essays
Yasuo is my favorite champion. If I choose the Yasuo to play the game, he will say “Death is like a wind; always by my side.” I like this quote. He is a samurai, but he keeps a flute with sword on himself. Every skill consists of fencing. His Q skill is similar to fencing’s punto. W skill is wind wall. He makes wind wall to block enemy’s long distance skills. E is dash skill. If you use this skill, you can chase enemy or avoid their skills. Final skill can makes to attack enemy on the mid-air and ignore enemy’s bonus armor. Yasuo is too difficult because he is a melee unit and has a low health point. However, I was fascinated by his playing

I found this Yakudoshi party fun and very informative celebration (not to mention the great meal my wife and I had). I had an idea of the different types or the variety of food the Japanese culture has to offer, however, I think the most valuable lessons here were learning about the culture. I was fortunate enough to hear how the older generation and the younger generation view the practice of Yakudoshi, compare their views on food, hear and learn about some Japanese etiquettes (especially in the use of chopsticks as I described it in the discussion experience below), and hear their views on interracial marriage. Although the young Japanese couple had a hard time convincing their children to consume some of their meal, watching the young…

Foreign cultures are stigmatized, or shamed, for possessing different lifestyles and physical features because they don’t fit into the mainstream society of the culture. Many of these foreign people conform and find different ways to blend in with the culture. Kenji Yoshino, author of “Covering: The Hidden Assault on Our Civil Rights,” discusses several instances where people try and “cover” or tone down a disfavored identity (293). On many occasions, people cover a disfavored identity to assimilate themselves into a more accepted society. Yoshino suggests that we cover based on four axes where we assimilate to a culture: appearance, affiliation, activism, and association (305).…
