The Visiting Dividing Plexiglass is Terminally Damaged as to lead a great Risk of a YKCC Escape.
At approximately 1850 hours, Officer Smith notified me that the plexiglass is cracked to a degree that an Inmate or Visitor may complete the break and facilitate an escape through the broken window.

How Likely is it to Happen? Strictly applying the recent historical behavior of the YKCC inmates, the breaking of the existing visiting plexiglass is probable; the inmates who orchestrated an escape out of “G” Dorm; the damage to “H” Dorm pipe access; WD1 damage to the bathroom area; “B” Max and “G” Dorm windows; and the loss of maintenance cutting razors; all present the probable likelihood of breaking the plexiglass.
