Participating in myRetreat would allow me to inherit all the beneficial aspects Xcel Inc. has to offer with a positive depiction of diverse inclusiveness. The mission statement to engage and connect females of all background through education, mentoring, networking, scholarships, and community service is impressive. Simply being given the opportunity to work with multiple, diverse females in a non-profit organization devoted to female excellence is inspiring. One monumental gain that will assist me in achieving my career goal (lawyer) is the inclusion within a community of females who promote the success of one another through education.
